Cheese! House of Cheeseballs!

Hadden has discovered turning off the TV REALLY gets his brothers' attention...and Daddy's too.

Hadden has learned to say "cheese" for the camera. Mostly he just says "EEEEE"!!! He is such a ham. Liama nd Xander are always saying that he is funny or silly. He cracks us all up. Also, you can see that his stitches have healed and the scar isn't too bad. Still putting Mederma on it though. The ER nurse told me he'll be fine cause "Chicks dig scars"! Yeah, that's what every mother wants to hear about her 1 year old son. I told the nurse that I was the only chick he needed to worry about for now and I don't dig scars! :)

Hadden's 1st ER Visit

On Sept. 18th Hadden fell in the shower and sliced his left eyelid open. His eye was cut open in 2 places and he got 4 stitches in one spot and 2 in the other. He was a screamer but overall wasn't phased by the event. I am pretty sure I took the brunt of the trauma! The story of the events leading up to and after the accident are humorous now that it is past. Jim was in Melbourne and the kids and I were home in Stuart. I will say this...we were ALL showering when this happened so getting everyone dressed and out the door to the ER was a group effort! Liam and Xander were helpful and must have known I meant business. All Liam would say was that we had an "Emergency"!!! I am sure this is not my last trip to the ER but I can always hope.

Alice & Shane's Visit

Liam Lost His 1st Tooth

He lost it at school at lunch time. He got off the bus with a huge smile on his face. He was so excited that his tooth came out. Unfortunately, right before bed he was playing with it and dropped it on the carpet. We couldn't find it. He was so crushed that the Tooth Fairy wouldn't be coming. I pulled out the Roomba and it found it right away. Yet another reason I love that vacuum!

No Ice Cream Cones & Liam's 1st day of Kindergarten

Liam's 1st day of kindergarten at Port Salerno Elementary. He picked out everything Transformers: shoes, lunchbox, & backpack. He has to wear a uniform of "Polo" shirts & khaki or navy shorts.

Eye Patch

Hadden wants to be like his big brother. He took Liam's eye patch and put it on by himself. Liam thought it was histerical. So cute.

Sebastian Inlet

Pictures from Sebastian Inlet. The kids loved it! Hadden particularly enjoyed his toes in the wet sand and ate quite a bit of it too!

Fountain in Sebastian

We came upon this fountain unexpectedly so the kids did not have swimsuits...they had a great time!

Trip to Sebastian

Our "vacation" this year was for the night in Sebastian at Captain Hiram's. We got a room with a jacuzzi. Of course the kids loved it and used an entire bottle of bubbles when I wasn't looking.
