Ranch

These were taken at the ranch on Thanksgiving.

This is the dirt road to get to the ranch.

Liam at the fence.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We went to the ranch for the day. Ate lots and played more. We usually camp out but the kids and I have colds so we skipped that this time. The kids were not happy that we weren't camping but we did go fishing and roast hot dogs and marshmellows on the fire. Good times. We are thankful.

Another Lost Tooth

Liam lost his 2nd tooth on Friday. Right after school he showed me his tooth was very loose. I got a napkin and pulled it right out. It was barely hanging on and I was sure he would really loose it and the Tooth Fairy wouldn't come. A tragedy for sure!
We also discovered that his new "big" tooth is coming in next to it. Pretty exciting!

Liam Dancing

No one can argue he has natural talent.

Hadden- 16 months

More Pow Wow

Liam's Indian name was Prince Goal...he came up with it himself. I guess because of his new soccer skills!

Liam's Thanksgiving Program @ School

This video of Liam's Thanksgiving Pow Wow at school. He is wearing a red shirt- in case you can't find him. He wasn't really very "into" it. After it was over, he told me his tummy hurt and I think he was nervous- stage fright! After the performance, we had Thanksgiving Dinner in the cafeteria. Wow! Not a bit better than when I was in school. Liam wasn't eating and I told him to eat some mashed potatoes. He said, "Where?". I pointed them out, he tasted it, and said, "That's not mashed potatoes!". I told him it was and he said, "That's not right, they don't taste like you make them." Thankfully! I guess that is one thing we can be thankful for.

Trick or Treat!

Went our friends' house to trick or treat...we rode on our own personal hay ride from house to house. Kids loved it! We lucked out and it ddn't rain until we left the last house. Kids had a great time and got lots of candy...they ate some, ok alot to me and some to them. Next day we gave the rest to someone who didn't get to trick or treat (aka trash). Should have taken a picture of the day after halloween...that was much scarier.

Two Ghosts & a Pumpkin

I took these pics of the boys trick or treating at the shop. Liam and Xander made their own ghost costumes with pillowcases and glow in the dark paint. They were very spooky. Hadden was a pumpkin. He wasn't too sure about the whole thing. After we stopped by the shop, we went to a friend's house to trick or treat. I will post some pics of that when I get them. Happy Halloween!

Nature's Pocket Produce Market

This is the produce market my mom & I have started. We have produce, plants, pots, and locally made gifts. Mom has orchids in the shop as well. Betsy Baker has handmade jewelry and bags in our shop. A friend of mine, Michelle Weiler, has local photography in our place too. I am making mosaic pots and windows. We have handmade soaps too. So far, it is going well, but season has not yet started. If the heat would die down the northerners would head down! I had a few requests to see it and I'm sorry it took me so long to get it up here!
