Liam's Pirate Day @ Summer Camp

Liam is a great pirate, however, a blind one. He isn't wearing glasses and has his "bad" eye patched! Argh!

Liam at Lafayette Park Camp in Tallahassee

Liam is having a great time and apparently enjoys the snow cone! He is staying with his Memaw for the week and going to camp. So far, so good!

Long Point Campground & Beach

Family pic in front of the trailer at Long Point Campground. We are a rough looking bunch. This was taken right before our trip ended.

More pics from Sebastian

Splash Pad Sebastian

We took a trip last weekend to Sebastian to camp in our travel trailer (Thanks Uncle Barry!!!) We had a great time! We went to the fountain to play in Sebastian, went to the beach, suffered through a little over 4 hours trapped in the trailer due to a terrible rain storm, went fishing, roasted marshmallows and hot dogs, and had tons of other big fun! The kids had a particularly good time and Xander is still asking when we get to sleep in the trailer again!

This needs no words!

My Birthday!

Just a few pics of my birthday party...for my birthday we had cake with the boys and went out to dinner (just Jim & I) and Jim bought me a new Roomba. I had one but the battery died and I have been missing it terribly! That thing ROCKS! Thank goodness, our floors are clean again!

Xander & Hadden's Stepping Up Ceremony

Xander & Hadden's preschool had a stepping up (moving up to the next class) ceremony for the end of the year. The kids sang a few songs and then each child's name was called and they got a flower. Xander sang and danced to all the songs. Hadden stood on stage like a deer in headlights. When Hadden went to get his flower, he said, "Hi mommy" and waved! He kills me. The boys will not be going to the same school next year, sadly. They loved this school and so did we. Xander starts VPK next year and they do not offer it at this school. I could still send Hadden here but then I will be driving to 3 different schools- no thanks! They are all excited about going to a new school next year and hopefully Hadden will stay at the new school until Kindergarten.

Kenney & Weiler Kids

A friend of mine, Michelle, who I basically grew up with, lives here in Stuart still. She has 3 kids as well that are just about the same age as the boys. We get the kids together just about every week to play. This was at Flagler Park in Stuart.

Liam Kindergarten Graduation

Liam completed kindergarten and had a play to celebrate it. It was Eric Carle's A House for Hermit Crab. The teacher told us that the class had associated themselves with the hermit crab. The hermit crab in the story out grows his shell, just like they have outgrown kindergarten. Liam loves school and is sad he won't see some of his friends anymore but is glad that it is summer. Next year he will not be going to the same school, so he is also excited about going to the new school that we will walk to in the mornings since it is just down the street from us! Ready or not, Here comes summer!
